WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE:

Make a list of the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issues you want to heal in your session. This list could include such items as long standing physical illnesses or problems, intensely emotional situations, relationship difficulties, recurring dreams or nightmares, restrictive belief systems, or other past experiences that are limiting your present physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual well being.

The more you put into preparing for your session, the more you will get out of it. It is the strength and clarity of your energy and intention that will make our healing session successful. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Since each person is unique, each person's personal counseling and healing session experience will be different. Actual case histories are presented on this website to give you an idea of what to expect from our session. Every effort will be made to make your session a pleasant and rewarding experience.

However, be aware that personal information may be revealed in your session that is necessary to advance your healing process. Also, energy work may or may not be performed to accelerate your healing. Since spirit is guiding our session, know that whatever work is done and whatever happens will be what is best for you.

HOW YOUR READING WILL BE CONDUCTED:

Generally, I give readings over the telephone. Infrequently, I will give readings in person (only under special circumstances). I do readings by Email through our Channeled Email Form. For more details on advice via Email, click here!

Telephone readings benefit you in four important ways.

First, because you are able to ask questions based upon the information that emerges in the counseling session. It is the "give and take" in our sessions that make them so valuable and so "uniquely personalized" to your needs.
Second, because you are at home, you can assist your healing process by getting water or food during the session as well as by cleansing and resting immediately after the session.
Third, because the session is conducted over the phone, I can tape record the call. This frees you from having to take notes on the session since you will have a complete record of it.
Fourth, because this helps me to keep my costs low (not requiring travel costs or maintenance of an outside office), I can keep my services affordable by working from my home.

Given all this, you can understand - unless there are unusual, extenuating personal or family circumstances - I do not do "in person" readings at my own or other's homes. I do them only in extreme cases of emergency.

WHEN YOU CALL ME TO SCHEDULE TIME:

To setup an appointment, Email or call me on (856) 988-0197 - the Appointment Telephone Line - which is setup to record your call. To schedule an appointment, it would be helpful if you could tell me the following:

Full Name (of the person to whom the tape will be mailed)
Street Address (the address to where the tape will be mailed)
City/State/Country (if outside the US, include the full Country Name)
Zip/Postal Code (if outside the US, be sure to include complete information)
Telephone Number (in US, include Area Code - Outside US, Country Code)
Email Address (this is to allow me to contact you quickly in case of problems)
Time Zone (and the best time to return your call - I on Eastern Standard Time)

WHEN YOU CALL ME FOR YOUR SESSION:

Currently, I do not have set office hours as I work with clients all over the world. I will do my best to accommodate your needs/situation when scheduling time.

At your appointment time, call me on (856) 988-9716 - the Channeling Telephone Line - which is setup to record both sides of our conversation. To keep my services affordable, I do not call clients at session time. The truth is I am unable to make outgoing telephone calls on the Channeling Line.

The session will run 50 minutes at a minimum and 60 minutes at the outside (the average time is 55 minutes). You will receive a copy of the tape if you request it. The cost of the tape is $15, if it is requested at session time, and is NOT included in the session fee. So if you want a copy of the tape the total cost for the session is $75 ($60 + $15). I always keep a copy of the tape for research purposes. If you want a tape after the session, duplicate tapes cost $20 a copy.

HOW YOU PAY FOR YOUR SESSION:

Fee for Personal Healing Session: is $60 US (no foreign currency please). In cases of extreme hardship, the fee is open to negotiation. Your payment may be made by VISA or MasterCard or by check or money order. I cannot be held responsible for any cash lost in the mail (so please do not send cash).

Fee for Channeled Email: ranges from as little as $10 US to $60 US depending upon the assistance that is requested. Foreign Currency: All prices are listed in US dollars. We have no local foreign currency facilities and so can only accept US dollars at this time. Forms of Payment Currently Accepted:

Payment by Email - FREE, Fast, and Secure
Payment by PayPal: PayPal allows "registered users to send a payment via Email to anyone with an Email address (ours is ellen@healpastlives.com) just by writing a dollar amount into an online form. When the Email is sent, the payment is charged to your credit card or bank account." If you are not a registered PayPal user, all you need to do is "fill out their online form which takes five minutes". PayPal is popular with those who have a bank account but not a credit card. Bank account verification takes from 2 to 4 business days and must be completed before your PayPal account can be used. If you are paying by PayPal, your account must be active BEFORE the session begins or I cannot accept it as payment.

Payment by Debit Card: All debit cards (only those sponsored by VISA, MasterCard, and major banks will be accepted) will be checked for authorization before the session begins. Debit card charges will ONLY be posted AFTER the session is completed. The charge will appear from "The Fun Life Company" which is our business name on our merchant account.

Payment by Credit Card: All credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only) will be checked for authorization before the session begins. Credit card charges will ONLY be posted AFTER the session is completed. The charge will appear from "The Fun Life Company" which is our business name on our merchant account.

Forms of Payment No Longer Accepted:

Payment by Western Union: Due to the bad karma (read high degree of fraud) typically associated with Western Union transactions, we will not accept them.

Payment by Personal Check: We no longer accept personal checks because we have experienced a high degree of fraud associated with them. Presently, the bank fees are such that is no longer cost effective to accept them. Personal Checks received will automatically be returned to sender.

Payment by Money Order: We no longer accept money orders because we have experienced a high degree of fraud associated with money orders. Presently, the bank fees are such that is no longer cost effective to accept them. Money Orders received will automatically be returned to sender.

GUARANTEES, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, & ABUSE

Money Back Guarantee: If you are not happy with your reading, I will refund your fee by a check from the Fun Life Company. I need to know this when the session is over. Part of keeping the service affordable is not mailing out tapes and other materials unnecessarily. Our goal is to help you to heal and move forward in your life… so your satisfaction with our service is our primary concern.

Refunds: While a refund will be promptly and cheerfully given, once it is given, this automatically and permanently disqualifies you from receiving further products and services. Refunds do not include return of checks and money orders inadvertantly sent. Refunds mean any return of funds for services rendered including credit card chargebacks and reversals of PayPal transactions.

In the case of PayPal, you will receive only the net amount that we received (which is the full amount less the PayPal processing fee).

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, the fee is fully refundable if notice is given seven (7) days prior to the appointment via telephone. After that time, the fee is non-refundable. The first cancellation is free. After that a $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for any other cancellations. After three (3) cancellations, no further appointments will be scheduled.

Abuse: I am sorry to have to write these words but... although we are happy to serve, that does not entitle anyone to treat us in an abusive matter. Those who do will be removed from the FREE Ezine, Guestbook, and will be blocked from Emailing us. If Emails are sent anyway, five (5) automated warnings will be sent back requesting no further contact. After all the warnings are exhausted, violators will be reported to their ISP and/or law enforcement authorities if necessary.
