"Heal Past Lives" business (based in New Jersey USA and the
parent company is "Fun Life Company LLC"). This is hereafter
referred to as "THE COMPANY".

Website accessibility means that the
COMPANY'S website (www.healpastlives.com), referred to as "THE SITE",
is designed and developed so that individuals with disabilities
can use them. This site is designed so that individuals can
perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with this site.

BEST PRACTICE- ERRORS/OMISSIONS:
THE COMPANY has done its best to ensure that
all the HTML code on the site is clean and error-free. Any broken
links or coding errors are corrected as soon as possible after they
are discovered and/or reported.
BEST PRACTICE- SITE LANGUAGE:
English is the language exclusively used
on THE COMPANY'S site. This site has not been translated for
two reasons. First, the services listed on this site can ONLY
be provided in English and translation would set the expectation
that services could be provided in other languages. Second, all of
the words on this site have been carefully chosen and improper
translation could alter the meaning in ways we do not intend.
BEST PRACTICE- TEXT SIZE:
The site is best read on Google Chrome.
That browser allows the text to be resized up to 200% of its
original size per the ADA compliance guidelines. The site is meant
to be read from top to bottom and is even more easily readable
when the text is enlarged/resized.
BEST PRACTICE- FORMS:
All of the site's online forms feature visible
labels for all form fields. Whenever a user submits a form with
incorrect or missing information, the errors are clearly visible
and simply explained as to how to correct them.
BEST PRACTICE- READING LEVEL:
THE COMPANY has done its best to keep the
writing on the site at an eighth-grade reading level. It is our
goal to use common wording which is easily understood. It is also
our intention to avoid overly complex terminology.
BEST PRACTICE- IMAGES:
All of the images on the site are only for
decoration. None of the images are needed to understand the text
content which is the core of the site. That is why not all images
have alt tags. All users can understand the site just from the
text without having to know what the image contains. There is nothing
on the site that "flashes" or is known to cause seizures.
BEST PRACTICE- FLOW:
THE COMPANY has done its best to keep its
content simple with good visual and content flow. The site's content
is broken up by headings and sub-headings into short paragraphs,
bullet points, and other dividers. Bold, italics, and color are
used to highlight important points. The content of each page is
consistent with the topics contained in the headings and sub-headings.
BEST PRACTICE- NAVIGATION/LAYOUT:
Except for the home page, all other pages
feataure a consistent, organized layout. This layout includes the
same sidebar on the right-hand side of the page and footer on the
bottom of each page. We believe that all these links are organized
so that there is easy navigation throughout the site.
BEST PRACTICE- KEYBOARD/MOUSE:
The site is best navigated with a mouse.
Yet, it is possible for users to navigate the site using only
a keyboard, including the onscreen keyboard.
BEST PRACTICE- COLOR:
White, black, and grey are the colors that
are used on this site for backgrounds. These use of these
backgrounds ensures that the text is legible. Colors in the text
are the standard colors used most often in website design.
BEST PRACTICE- LINKS:
All links within the site's content have at
least one distinctive markup (underlining). Most links have two
distinctive markups (bold, italic, or color).
BEST PRACTICE- VIDEO AND AUDIO CONTENT:
THE COMPANY no longer hosts video and audio
content on the site. THE COMPANY'S video and audio content is
hosted on third party sites, including but not limited to YouTube.
These third party sites are responsible for providing accessibility
for video and audio content when it comes to controls, autoplay, etc.
These third party sites are responsible for adding any further
audio/video descriptions required for accessibility.
BEST PRACTICE- MOBILE ADAPTIVE:
This site can be viewed on a phone or tablet
in both landscape and portrait orientations.
BEST PRACTICE- PCI COMPLIANCE:
This site uses PCI Compliant payment systems.
As with any of THE COMPANY'S Website Policy pages, the contents of this page
can and will change over time. This page could read differently as of your
very next visit. These changes are made by THE COMPANY in order to protect
both the USER and the COMPANY.
