How to Reprogram Your Eyes with the Tibetan Eye Mandala

The Tibetan Eye Mandala is a very powerful tool for reprogramming your eyes. When you fully trust the natural intelligence of your body and mind, your eyes can reprogram themselves naturally and effortlessly. Here is all you need to do

1> Enlarge this shape (below) to 8 ½" by 11" so you can see it clearly.
2> Find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for 15 minutes.
3> Look at the center of the mandala with a soft, easy focus.
4> Allow your eyes to move to the outside edges and back again.
5> Allow your eyes to move counter clockwise around the mandala.
6> Allow your eyes to move clockwise around the mandala.
7> Move your eyes in and out from the center of the mandala.
8> Let your eyes roam over the mandala as "on their own".
9> Ask your eyes to "reprogram" themselves for better sight.

True Story About "Eye Reprogramming": When I first did this programming, my eyes bounced all over the mandala "on their own". I could almost feel my eyes rewiring my brain as they bounced all over the eye mandala in a random pattern. Afterwards, my sight and awareness showed a noticeable improvement.
