FAQ: What is Higher Self Channeling and must I do any preparation for it?
At the highest levels of spirit, we are all totally connected. A Higher Self Channeler has the ability to access information from the collective consciousness about your personal situation today and how it can be healed tomorrow. Each channeler works in their own way. How I am able to channel information on your personal situation is based on the energetic charge in your voice as you speak about your issue(s). This is what allows your Higher Self to offer advice on your present issue(s). However, I have often channeled information on people without them telling me about their issues. Sometimes the issues are so deep and so ready to be resolved that the person's and it's Higher Self's agenda are already perfectly aligned. In such cases, the person does not need to provide any other explanation or clarification about their issue(s). These issue(s) just are surfaced and immediately addressed. There are no special exercises (like practicing relaxation, visualization, breathing, etc) that you need to do before the session. The only preparation you need to do is to give careful consideration to the present day physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issue(s) that you wish to explore and heal.
