Since having the past life reading from you with the recommendations for self-growth, the environment within my body, my mind, and my soul have greatly improved in the areas of letting go of the need for revenge and forgiving all that I felt slighted me whether intentional or otherwise. My need to serve others has increased as has my desire to show love rather than be right. I'm working on letting go of suspicion and opening my heart with healthy and realised boundaries so that those souls who have the same will want to share their company with me.

Hi, Thank you for your many articles. Especially the WW1 soldier case study. I have spent many years recovering past lives and a very useful exercise it is.
