Just wanted to share my experience writing Letters of Transformation. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, only because I've tried similar approaches with mixed results. After doing two of them, it's made a believer out of me.

The first one was to my mom with whom I've had a co-dependent/combative relationship with all my life. The results were amazing - my husband & I went to Arizona with my parents and for the first time since I can remember, we didn't have a fight, misunderstanding, etc. Not to say that there won't ever be disagreements, but I can tell the relationship has changed for the better.

The other letter was to a dear friend of mine who I hadn't heard from in eons- he's not very good at keeping in touch and I also felt like he would just shut down and not talk to me about things that were bothering him. I had not heard from him in close to four months and after I wrote that letter, I got a long email from him, which he a) apologized for not being better about keeping in touch and b) told me about a very negative situation at his work place which took up most of his time and energy these last few months. I was totally blown away. I don't know how it all works, but this has turned out to be a wonderful tool. Thanks for having it on your website.

I also did the Chain Breaking Exercise and fortunately, I didn't have a ton to get rid of. I think I'm still in a cleansing phase from the last few chains. I will say, however, you were right on about going slowly with it. The day after the first session, I felt like someone slammed me into a brick wall. I can't imagine how you must have felt.

I don't think it was an accident that I stumbled onto your website awhile back - the work you do really helps people like myself who use spiritual tools as well as the mundane for healing and growth.
