I did the Reclaiming (Your Chakra) Exercise over the weekend. Four times actually. The suggestion about using the dark robes helped. (This was a change to the original exercise to cover conditions or people that one is not aware of who are energetically interfering in their space. The advice was to do the exercise while envisioning the 'unknown parties' as wearing dark robes and masks so that they are identified to spirit without having to be known specifically. Cutting the cord they have to one is done by one's intention and that is what makes it work).

I used hooded figures where the face was not noticeable. After the second time through, I went somewhere in my energy system. It happens every now and then in my meditations. I have no idea about where exactly or dimension/size of what I found. But I had an awareness of, for lack of a better word, an energy block on my right size. Huge sucker or so it seemed. I removed it and went in and cleared up what seemed to be pebbles or debris that broke off from it. Once cleared, I filled it in with light, etc. The third time I did the exercise, I was guided to take care of a related but dissimilar problem. Energy cords coming into me were not the problem. But there was abherent energy affecting me. Fourth time there was nothing to clear.

After the exercises, I did clear my energy fields with the appropriate mixture (for me) of essential oils in a mist bottle to clear any energy contaminants from my aura. That felt interesting. The spray mixture (combined with distilled water of course) slowly dissolved and pulled "stuff" out of my field.

Thanks again for the advice. I keep forgetting some of the things that I learned years ago when I got into healing work. Thanks for reminding me that the basics never go out of style.
